Hector Barberá returns to the Bennetts British Superbike Championship with a wealth of experience. The Spaniard has an extensive career in the MotoGP paddock.
The 32-year-old debuted on the world stage in 2002, finishing finished third in the 125cc World Championship in 2003 and second in 2004. He then progressed to compete in the 250cc World Championship where he had competed for five seasons, before appearing in MotoGP where he made over 130 starts.
Barberá then returned to the Moto2 World Championship before appearances in both the World Superbike and Supersport Championships.
