Ryo Mizuno made his Bennetts BSB debut last season as part of the all-new ‘Honda Superbike Challenge Program’, in partnership with Honda Motor Co., Ltd, but brings with him a wealth of experience from the All-Japan series, as well as the Suzuka 8 Hours.

Mizuno won the All-Japan J-GP3 Championship in 2015 and the All-Japan J-GP2 Championship in 2017, so is no stranger to success in domestic motorcycle competition.

Mizuno has also made appearances in the MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 World Championships during his career and has been a regular contender for Honda at the prestigious Suzuka 8 Hours event.

A tough debut season saw him claim a best result of 12th place at Silverstone, but now he has circuit knowledge he will be pushing for top tens on his return with the team for the 2022 season.
