The Bennetts British Superbike Championship and global manufacturer and innovator of workwear, Portwest, will enter a new five year partnership ahead of the 2025 season, which gets underway this May Bank Holiday (3/4/5 May) following a new agreement with MotorSport Vision Racing (MSVR).
Portwest has a global network spanning over 130 countries, with their award-winning team specialising in flame-resistant and high-visibility workwear, hand and foot protection, PPE and wearable technology.
Portwest will be highly visible at each round of the season, supplying the Racesafe marshals, BSB Medical Team and Technical staff with branded workwear at each Bennetts BSB race event.
Portwest will also be showcased with additional branding and marketing assets at each championship event and the championship’s extensive media platforms.
Cathal Hughes, Chairman, Portwest commented: “At Portwest, protecting those who push boundaries is at the heart of everything we do. Performance and safety go hand in hand — and that’s exactly what our partnership with the Bennetts British Superbike Championship represents.
“We've supplied high-quality PPE and workwear to ensure the trackside team operates safely, confidently, and comfortably in every challenging environment around the track. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to excellence, resilience, and above all — safety to withstand the demands of race day. Together, we’re proving that safety isn’t just a standard — it’s what drives performance."
Bennetts British Superbike Championship Series Director Stuart Higgs commented: “It is fantastic to welcome Portwest as a new partner ahead of the 2025 season with a five-year agreement. The official workwear partner plays a fundamental part in the operation of events, ensuring that our trackside workers, including the marshals and medical team, plus the technical staff are suitably equipped for undertaking their pivotal roles. Therefore the workwear needs to be highly durable and adaptable for the rapidly-changing environment and I look forward to this new association with Portwest.”
