Amanuel Brinton denied Lucas Brown of the Race Two win as he slipstreamed his way to victory over the line.
Following another exciting BTC race where the lead swapped several times between a handful of riders, it came down to a last lap scrap. Filip Surowiak led into the final lap but Brown passed him at Paddock Hill Bend, before Brinton came through.
The lead swapped between Brown and Brinton three times in the final lap and although it looked like Brown had it, Brinton’s drag to the line got him ahead at the vital moment to claim victory. Surowiak was third, with Ryan Frost fourth and Julian Correa fifth.
