Thomas Strudwick claimed pole position for the ABK Beer 0% BMW Motorrad F 900 R Cup at Donington Park this afternoon, holding off Nikki Coates in Qualifying ahead of tomorrow’s race.
Strudwick held the edge until the chequered flag to move closer to the lap record, with 0.303s between himself and title rival Coates, whilst Kieran Smith completed the front row for Bowker Motorrad/Bathams Racing. Mason Johnson and Robert Varey completed the top five qualifiers.
