Mortimer Racing Victoria House Academy announce R&G British Talent Cup line up

Mortimer Racing Victoria House Academy has joined forces with SENCAT LTD for the 2024 R&G British Talent Cup season with a new rider line-up for the team ahead of the new campaign.

The new look SENCAT Talent Team - Mortimer Racing have signed Charlie Barnes for his second season in the R&G British Talent Cup, 2023 title challenger Lucas Brown and Northern Irishman Alexander Rowan, who enters his fourth consecutive season with the team.

Barnes said: “I feel very privileged to be racing for Mortimer Racing in the 2024 R&G British Talent Cup. I will continue to work hard over the off season and come back a lot stronger for this coming season.”

Brown said: “I’m really looking forward to working with Richard and the team for the 2024 season. They have proven in the past that they can challenge for the title. I have been training really hard through the off season and I can’t wait to be back.”

Rowan said: “It feels great going into next season with Mortimer Racing as I have a great relationship with the entire team and I am excited to be with my two team-mates.”

Team owner Rich Mortimer commented: “I'm thrilled to announce this very competitive rider line up for 2024, with new Honda NSF machinery and all new infrastructure in place. I'd like to thank Chris Barnes for his help in making this happen, and a big thanks to crew chief Keith Taylor, Chris Rowan, Mervyn Richmond (Butch), Jim Cunningham and Leigh Brown for their trust and loyalty in me. We are now all fully focused on building for the opening round of the season at Circuito de Navarra."
