Truelove brothers set to take on the Daytona 200 with TSE Racing

28 February 2022

Matt and Harry Truelove will line up for the first time in the famous Daytona 200 race after completing a deal to join the grid with the TSE Racing team.

The Lincolnshire brothers, join the team who won the race last year with Brandon Paasch, a contender in last season’s Quattro Group British Supersport Championship, who returns for the event on March 10-12.

The event gives the pairing the chance to get on track in America ahead of their 2022 British campaigns with Matt lining up in the Pirelli National Superstock Championship with IN Competition Aprilia and Harry in the Quattro Group British Supersport class with Appleyard Macadam Yamaha.

Matt Truelove said: “I’m really looking forward to racing the Daytona 200 for many reasons, aside from the obvious one that it’s such an iconic race and in America, it will be back racing a 600 with my brother which is where it all started for us.

“I have to say a massive thanks to everyone involved for putting this together, especially the team TSE as it was very last minute for me and they have put a bike together very quickly. We are looking forward now to see how we get on.”

Harry Truelove added: “I am really excited for the opportunity to be riding at the Daytona 200. I can’t wait to get over to the States and start testing on the TSE Racing Yamaha next week.”
