Bradley Perie led an Appleyard Macadam one-two as he beat team-mate Harry Truelove to the top spot at the end of day one.
Perie clocked a 1min 28.585sec lap to beat Truelove by 0.307secs as Gearlink Kawasaki’s Luke Stapleford was third.
Richard Cooper posted the fourth best time of the day, just ahead of Jamie Perrin as the GP2 machine of Jack Scott was sixth overall.
Mason Law was the second fastest of the GP2 runners with Harvey Claridge third.
