Luke Mossey will return to the Bennetts British Superbike Championship grid at Thruxton this weekend (12/13/14 August), joining forces with the iForce Lloyd and Jones BMW team for the remainder of the season.
Mossey had his first taste of the BMW M 1000 RR during a shakedown test at Cadwell Park yesterday (Tuesday) ahead of his debut with the team at the Hampshire circuit this weekend. The multiple Bennetts BSB race winner will also be reunited with his former crew chief Ray Stringer, who together have previously shared success.
Mossey said: “I am really happy to be joining the iForce Lloyd and Jones BMW team. It’s been a really tough start to the year for me, so I think a change was needed. I’m really looking forward to be back working with Ray Stringer as my crew chief again as we have a lot of history throughout my career. I now just can’t wait for Thruxton this weekend.”
