Jones Dorling Racing continue with Hopper and Beech in 2023

16 December 2022

Jones Dorling Racing (JDR) has announced that they will maintain their current rider line-up into the 2023 season with Ash Beech continuing in the Pirelli National Superstock Championship and Jake Hopper in the Pirelli National Junior Superstock Championship.

Beech swapped to Honda Machinery mid-season this year and is looking to capitalise on a strong second half of the season on the CBR1000 RR, ready to fight for podiums in 2023.

Hopper is gearing up for his third season in the Pirelli National Junior Superstock Championship, his second with the team, and will be pushing to improve on his best results in the class in 2022, supported by KS Motorcycles.

Beech said: “I’m pleased to be back in what is my tenth season on the Superstock grid. It is a very challenging grid to be a part of and I’m fully committed to be pushing for those top five finishes and the podium once again. Thank you to Chris and Tom for giving me what I need to get the results in.”

Hopper said: “I am over the moon to be returning to JDR for 2023 where I will be looking to build on where we ended in 2022 and continuing my progression in the Junior Superstock class. I am also delighted to be welcoming Kick Start Motorcycles and Charles Reynolds to my side of the garage for 2023 to work with the JDR Crew. I would like to say a massive thank you to Chris, Tom and Charles for giving me this amazing opportunity.”

Team owner Chris Jones concluded: “I’m delighted to retain both Jake and Ash for the 2023 season. It is good to have consistency with our riders and crew so we can carry on over the hard work from one year to another. Thanks again to our faithful sponsors in our aim for the top.”
